The RDP Memorial Fund was established in 2007, after the untimely loss of Ryon D. Provencher. The primary goal of the fund is to award scholarships and lend financial support to worthwhile youth sports and educational projects in the Englewood community.
Primary funding for The RDP Memorial Fund comes from The Provo Open. This annual golf tournament provides the financial resources necessary to continue these charitable donations. With the help of friends, relatives, tournament players and sponsors The RDP Memorial Fund continues to grow and support these charities. These positive actions help preserve the memory of Ryon Provencher through contributions to the schools he attended, and the community and organizations he loved.

RDP Memorial Scholarships are awarded to graduating seniors who complete and submit an application including a personal statement letter and resumé of extracurricular activities. Applications are available at the Lemon Bay High School Career & Education Office and must be returned by April 1 of each year. Recipients are selected based on criteria established by the Ryon D. Provencher Memorial Fund Board of Directors.
